I went in expecting fluff, maybe some drama, and a cute cub. What I got was... well, a mixed bag. This novel definitely has its charm, but it also has some glaring flaws that I can't ignore. ### First Impressions The premise is undeniably intriguing. A transmigrated actor, a surprise pregnancy, and a hasty escape? I was hooked! The initial chapters were genuinely funny, with a healthy dose of misunderstandings and chaotic energy. I was ready for a lighthearted romp. ### What Works Well The humor, when it lands, is gold. I found myself chuckling at the ML's delusional antics and the sheer absurdity of some situations. The beginning of the story is definitely the strongest, and the initial dynamic between the MC and ML is amusing. The face-slapping moments, while not always satisfactory to everyone, provided some catharsis. There is also a quality in the writing that can be enjoyable, and the plot, despite all its cliches, is well-written. ### Areas of Concern However, the novel unfortunately stumbles as it progresses. The MC's character development, or lack thereof, is a major sticking point.
