Ghost Marriage, the Abandoned Wife Has Three Treasures Review & Spoilers - Novel Translator

## My Thoughts on Ghost Marriage, the Abandoned Wife Has Three Treasures "Ghost Marriage, the Abandoned Wife Has Three Treasures" certainly throws you into the deep end from the get-go. The premise is undeniably intriguing: a ghost marriage gone wrong, a wronged female lead, and a trio of super-powered kids ready to shake things up. I was drawn in by the promise of action, comedy, and a strong female lead navigating ancient times with a touch of martial arts. However, my experience was a bit of a rollercoaster. ### First Impressions The initial setup is wild. The female lead finds herself in a coffin, a ghost marriage is underway, and things quickly escalate with a dose of aphrodisiac and a subsequent… well, that's where things get complicated. I was initially willing to see where the story went, hoping for a tale of revenge and redemption. ### What Works Well I can see why some readers are hooked. The idea of triplets causing chaos and the female lead seeking vengeance is appealing. Some found the children to be a source of joy, praising their unique personalities and abilities, and saw them as a "happy pill." The translation quality was also noted to be fairly decent, which always helps with immersion. Some readers also appreciated that the FL had a strong reaction to her assault. When the story focuses on the children and the FL's ambition, it shines. ### Areas of Concern Unfortunately, there were some significant stumbling blocks for me. I found the plot to be convoluted and rushed, with too many misunderstandings dragging the story down. The characters, particularly the male lead, were inconsistent and difficult to root for. The initial incident in the coffin is a major point of contention, and how it's handled can make or break the reading experience. The pacing and character development felt underdeveloped, making it hard to connect with the leads on a deeper level. The overall tone seemed inconsistent, making it hard to fully invest in the world and its characters. ### ⚠️ Spoiler Warning Several reviews mention a non-consensual encounter early in the story. This event understandably turned off many readers and heavily influenced their overall impression of the novel. Be aware of this element before diving in. ### Final Verdict "Ghost Marriage, the Abandoned Wife Has Three Treasures" has a lot of potential, but it doesn't quite deliver for me. While the premise is interesting and some readers enjoy the overpowered children and revenge plot, the execution falls short. The inconsistent characterization, rushed plot, and problematic early events make it a difficult read to fully recommend. I'd suggest going in with cautious optimism and being prepared for some potentially frustrating moments.
