Description

The world was once at war with 10 alternate worlds. This was known as the Concept War and our world won 60 years ago. All of this was concealed so no normal people are aware of this fact in the current time. After the death of his grandfather, the high-school student Sayama Mikoto is suddenly summoned by the giant corporation IAI. He learns this world is headed for destruction due to the acceleration of the Minus Concepts. To prevent this, negotiations must be undertaken with the survivors of the other parallel worlds so their 10 concepts can be released. And so Sayama is caught up in the final battle to clean up after the Concept War which left behind so much enmity. ____________________________________________ Volume 1 = Book 1,2Volume 2 = Book 3,4Volume 3 = Book 5,6,7Volume 4 = Book 8,9Volume 5 = Book 10,11Volume 6 = Book 12,13Volume 7 = Book 14

Owari no Chronicle Review & Spoilers - Novel Translator

## My Thoughts on Owari no Chronicle Owari no Chronicle… where do I even begin? This series threw me for a loop in the best way possible. It's a wild ride through a unique world, and I found myself completely engrossed from the get-go. It's not often a series grabs my attention so completely, but this one managed to do it. ### First Impressions Initially, I was a little intimidated. The world-building seemed complex, and there were a lot of unfamiliar terms thrown around. However, I quickly realized that this complexity is part of the charm. The author doesn't hold back, creating a rich and detailed universe that begs to be explored. The first volume really sets the stage and it only gets better from there. ### What Works Well The characters are a major highlight. The protagonist is far from your typical hero; they're eccentric, intelligent, and even a bit narcissistic, which makes for a refreshing change of pace. The supporting cast is just as compelling, each with their own quirks and motivations. I especially appreciate the blend of action and comedy. The fight scenes are well-choreographed, and the humor is genuinely funny, not just filler. It keeps the story engaging and prevents it from becoming too heavy. The plot itself is intricate and unpredictable, constantly moving forward and keeping me on my toes. I also loved the unique power systems and artifacts; they add another layer of depth to the world and make the battles even more exciting. The proactive nature of the main character is also a breath of fresh air; I enjoy seeing characters who take initiative and drive the story forward. ### Final Verdict Owari no Chronicle is a genuinely excellent series that stands out from the crowd. Its unique characters, intricate plot, and well-balanced blend of action and comedy make it a must-read for fans of sci-fi and fantasy. If you're looking for a novel that will challenge your expectations and leave you wanting more, then I highly recommend giving this one a try. I'm already eagerly awaiting the next installment.
